Why wouldn’t I just go with a production company?
Good question! If you hire a production company chances are your work is being outsourced. So there’s no way you’ll be speaking to the creators directly. Aside from that, you’ll be paying premiums for account managers, producers, insert project fees… to name a few. We got all of this covered for one basic fee. No surprises and clear transparent communication. You can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you’re only paying when you have work to be done.
Who are the content creators?
We are a team of 2 award winning content creators. Highly skilled in animating, editing and generally creating awesome pieces of content. Together we’ve got over 3 decades of experience in the video creation field.
Do you also shoot video or record audio?
No, we either work with files you provide us or use an extensive stock library for video, photo and audio, all licensed for your projects.
What programs do you use?
We use the Adobe Creative Suite. So our projects can be easily opened and worked with across platforms and users.
How do I request my video content?
We offer a ton of flexibility in how you can request your content: by email, by phone or video meeting. Whatever you feel most comfortable with.
What if I don’t like the content?
No worries! We’ll continue to revise the content until you’re 100% satisfied.
Are there any refunds if I don’t like the service?
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
